SeeYouDoc Oy builds Saumo: a read-only data layer that helps healthcare organisations prepare for the European Health Data Space without replacing their systems.
COMPANY
We are a new Finnish company at Maria 01 in Helsinki. We build Saumo for healthcare organisations that want to get their existing data moving, under control.
Data is processed in Finland. We never write to a customer's patient record system.
OUR STORY
Noel and Vanessa Del Castillo are startup founders from the Philippines. In 2025 and 2026 they built healthcare products there: the SeeYouDoc telemedicine marketplace, the LYANNA EMR for networks of care providers, and the Ugnay health data exchange.
Building them taught the same lesson again and again: patient data is only useful when it moves safely between systems, in a common format, with a record of every access.
In 2026 they moved with their family to Finland to build Saumo for European healthcare. Saumo brings that lesson to the European Health Data Space: read the data where it already is, map it to a common format with a person reviewing the mapping, and never write to the system of record.
